1. Our approach

CHS SOS uses essential browser storage to operate the website. Analytics is optional and remains blocked unless you select “Allow analytics.” Choosing “Essential only” keeps the site available without loading Google Analytics or GoDaddy traffic measurement tags.

3. Accepting, declining, or withdrawing

The initial notice offers equally available “Allow analytics” and “Essential only” choices. The site continues to work if you decline. To change your decision, select “Privacy Choices” in the footer. Turning analytics off removes accessible Google Analytics cookies and reloads the page without analytics.

If your browser sends Global Privacy Control, CHS SOS treats that signal as a request to keep optional analytics off.

4. Browser controls

You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Removing the CHS SOS preference cookie causes the privacy notice to appear again. Blocking all storage may affect authentication or form-security features.
