    I want to share this as a warning. After 6 months cannabis free I tried using again just once at a party thinking maybe I was cured. Within 24 hours my CHS symptoms were back full force. Please learn from my mistake.

    Thank you for sharing this. CHS does not simply go away — the underlying sensitivity persists. Remission is not a cure. This is one of the most critical things people with CHS need to understand and share with others.

    I had the same experience at the 4-month mark. One use brought everything back within hours. There really is no safe level of cannabis use once your body has developed CHS — at least for me, it appears to be permanent.
